Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at FlySupply.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or restocks.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location.
Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Quebec / Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather issues, or incorrect addresses.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • destination

  • weight

  • size of the package

  • shipping method selected

Orders may qualify for free shipping during promotional periods.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

FlySupply is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to:

  • wrong address

  • missing apartment/unit number

  • customer mistakes

If a package is returned to us, the customer must pay for re-shipping.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

FlySupply is not responsible for:

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages

  • damage during transit

If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.


7. International Shipping (If applicable)

International customers are responsible for all:

  • customs fees

  • import taxes

  • duties

  • local regulations

FlySupply is not responsible for delays or charges related to customs.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.


9. Preorders & Restocks

Preorder items ship as soon as they become available.
If your order contains a mixture of in-stock and preorder items, the entire order may be held until all items are available.
