Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at FlySupply.
Due to the nature of FPV equipment, drones, electronic components, and flying-related products, the following return and refund conditions apply.

1. No Returns for Crashes, Damage, or Misuse

Because FPV gear and drones can be damaged through normal use, crashes, improper setup, or incorrect configuration:

FlySupply does not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been:

  • crashed

  • damaged in flight

  • damaged due to improper installation

  • modified or opened

  • short-circuited or improperly wired

  • damaged by incorrect firmware or settings

Once the product has been used, flown, or installed, it is no longer eligible for return.

This rule exists because it is impossible to verify how the product was used or what caused the damage.

2. No Returns on Electronics Once Opened

For safety and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • flight controllers

  • ESCs

  • motors

  • goggles

  • batteries

  • cameras

  • transmitters / receivers

  • chargers

Once the product has been opened, installed, or powered on, it is considered final sale.

3. Returns for Unused Items Only

We accept returns only if the product meets ALL of the following conditions:

  • unused

  • unopened

  • in its original packaging

  • returned within 14 days of delivery

If any seals, packaging or protective films are removed, the product becomes final sale.

4. Defective Products on Arrival (DOA)

If you believe your product arrived defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We may request:

  • photos or videos

  • a description of the issue

  • proof of the condition on arrival

If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturer issue, we will offer:

  • a replacement, or

  • store credit

We do not offer refunds for DOA items — only replacements or credit.

5. Batteries

For safety reasons, batteries (LiPo, Li-ion, etc.) are strictly non-returnable under any circumstance.

6. Final Sale Items

The following are always final sale:

  • drones ready-to-fly (RTF)

  • FPV kits

  • all electronic components

  • clearance items

  • consumables (props, antenna tubes, straps, etc.)

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order becomes final and cannot be modified or refunded.

8. Warranty

FlySupply does not offer warranty on:

  • user-damaged items

  • crashed drones

  • burned electronics

  • incorrectly assembled gear

Manufacturer warranties may apply depending on the brand, but must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
